Rob Romberg, General Manager
Rob oversees Switch’s construction, marketing, customer relations and financial operations. Starting out as a carpenter, Rob has been a Registered Builder since 1990 and has worked as a Senior Manager in project homes since 1991. Rob’s special contribution to Switch is in his integrity and experience. He also an eye for detail – he enjoys stepping back at the completion of the job to admire excellent work done.
Rob says, “The constant evolution of home design, of optimising the interaction of a home and the people that live within the home, is the most interesting thing about this industry. I enjoy the opportunity to have a positive impact on people’s lives, long after the construction of their home is complete.”

Lee Morris, Sales & Marketing Manager
Lee manages the day to day sales and marketing aspects of Switch, responding to client needs by offering practical and affordable solutions. Lee also contributes to design and innovation at Switch. He has worked for 12 years with major builders in the Perth home building industry. A number of those years have been in a management capacity. Lee has a thorough knowledge and passion for the product and people within Switch.
Lee says, "I really feel its an honour to help people build their own sanctuary. People's needs and lifestyles change and then so do their requirements for a home. I love the challenge of helping them work out what they need."

Paul Secker, New Homes Consultant
Paul is a New Homes Consultant with Switch, assisting clients to identify and create a home design that suits their lifestyle, budget and site requirements. Paul has over 12 years experience in helping people build new homes, including single storey, double storey and strata homes. Paul’s ability to develop a positive relationship with each family or individual building a Switch home is something that builds his clients’ trust and enables them to approach him without any hesitation. His ability to listen and understand client needs is matched with the ability to problem solve.
Paul says, “The best thing about this career is helping people achieve their major life goal of a new home – not just a new house! I believe that being trusted to be part of this dream is the most satisfying reward in our industry.”

Barry Scholten, New Homes Consultant
Barry Scholten is a New Homes Consultant with Switch. Every day Barry works with Western Australians to create the perfect home for their needs, budget and block of land.
Barry has over ten years' experience in the Perth home building industry, working with major Western Australian building companies. Barry's particular skill is the ability to listen to what you really want and need. He enjoys meeting various personalities with different ideas and then helping individuals turn these ideas into a functional and beautiful new home they can enjoy for years to come.
Barry says, "It's very rewarding seeing it all come together and being involved in such a big decision in people's lives."

Paul Brown, New Homes Consultant
Paul Brown is a New Homes Consultant with Switch. Paul has long been interested in helping WA families design and build their dream homes. Paul has considerable industry experience, having worked with other major home builders in Western Australia.
Paul understands that building a home is a huge adventure for his clients and brings the ability to listen to their needs to this role.
Paul says, "It's critical to get the home design right for each customer so that they are happy and comfortable in their new home. This is my dream career because I am passionate about design and houses."

Brendan Reilly, New Homes Consultant
Brendan Reilly is a New Homes Consultant with Switch. He helps families and individuals build their dream homes by ensuring Switch meets their specific needs and expectations.
Brendan has 20 years' sales experience and he believes in building long term business partnerships.
Brendan's ability to listen to his clients and ascertain their needs, wants and dreams make him ideal for this role. He particularly enjoys helping create homes perfectly matched to each client's family and lifestyle.
Brendan says, "It is fascinating to watch the whole process run its course from design through to moving in - it's highly gratifying to see it all come together!"

Mark Stillman, New Homes Consultant
Mark Stillman is a New Homes Consultant with Switch. He works closely with his clients to help them bring their planned new home into existence. Mark has over 20 years' experience in assisting people with building a new home, making him a knowledgeable and able adviser for home buyers.
Mark brings a fresh and positive outlook to dealing with clients, believing that every new home is a new adventure. He is particularly keen to make the construction process smooth and enjoyable for the people he works with.
Mark says, "I feel that energy and experience give me the opportunity to help people turn one of their biggest life dreams into a reality. I like to help families create something special - not just a house but a home."

Tim Tsagaris, Investment Property Consultant
Tim Tsagaris is the New Homes Investment Consultant with Switch. He develops great value house and land packages for investors, creates affordable housing models for First Homebuyers and supports real estate agents to service their clients.
Tim has 10 years' experience in real estate and has managed a property investment house specialising in helping people grow their property portfolios. Tim has a commerce degree in property and has been involved in assisting developers and investors for many years. He has a passion for helping people attain financial independence through investing in property and his research has shown that the house and land package coupled with a buy and hold strategy is a sound investment strategy.
Tim says, "Most packages for investors are purely price driven with little thought for the end user or resale value. I look at each package from a valuer's perspective to ascertain that the package will provide better capital growth and represent value for money to investors."

Brian Haftka, Interior Designer
Brian Haftka is Switch's Interior Designer. Switch uses Brian's skills to help clients with the selections process. Brian guides clients through selecting from the many colour and materials combinations available to ensure each home is fully individualised, with its own class and style.
He also designs the interiors of our outstanding display homes. Brian enjoys helping with the development of an excellent product that the whole team can be proud of, creating interiors that give Switch a distinct edge. He draws on his extensive experience to work with Switch's building supervisors, SwitchSelect Consultants and architects. He spent several years in the textile industry working with top-end products for designers before developing his own company, Haftka Design, in New Zealand. For over a decade Brian worked on everything from large corporate office design, home renovations and commercial fit outs to luxury yacht interiors.
Brian says, "I have a passion for delivering great design and helping clients create warm and inviting interiors that will give them a wonderful place to call home."

Daniel Jumeau, Construction Manager
Daniel Jumeau is the Construction Manager with Switch. In this role, Daniel oversees the construction of new Switch Homes.
Daniel has previously worked as a carpenter, a scheduler, an estimator and a site manager in the commercial and residential construction industries. He has worked on projects up to $14m in value.
Daniel holds a Diploma of Building, Certificate IV in Estimating and Certificate IV in Supervision. He is also a registered builder. Daniel has over 15 years' experience and a family history in building industry.

Vince Gutta, Site Supervisor
Vince Gutta is a Site Supervisor with Switch. His role is to coordinate Switch's tradespeople to complete the building process on time and to the highest standard of excellence.
Vince has been in the building industry for fifteen years and is widely experienced in all facets of home construction. He endeavours to make building a home a pleasant experience for the customer. Vince particularly savours the satisfaction of completing major projects like new homes.
Vince says, "Liaising between schedulers, tradespeople, suppliers, new homes consultants and clients is a huge plus because I get to meet such an enormous range of personalities."
