Rob Romberg, General Manager

Rob oversees Switch’s construction, marketing, customer relations and financial operations. 

 

Starting out as a carpenter, Rob has been a Registered Builder since 1990 and has worked as a Senior Manager in project homes since 1991. Rob’s special contribution to Switch is in his integrity and experience. He also an eye for detail – he enjoys stepping back at the completion of the job to admire excellent work done.

 

Rob says, “The constant evolution of home design, of optimising the interaction of a home and the people that live within the home, is the most interesting thing about this industry. I enjoy the opportunity to have a positive impact on people’s lives, long after the construction of their home is complete.”

Lee Morris, Sales & Marketing Manager

Lee manages the day to day sales and marketing aspects of Switch, responding to client needs by offering practical and affordable solutions. Lee also contributes to design and innovation at Switch. 

 

He has worked for 12 years with major builders in the Perth home building industry. Having worked a number of those years in a management capacity, Lee has a thorough knowledge and passion for the product and people within Switch.

 

Lee says, "I really feel its an honour to help people build their own sanctuary. People's needs and lifestyles change and then so do their requirements for a home. I love the challenge of helping them work out what they need."

Paul Secker, Sales Manager

With more than 14 years’ experience in new homes consultancy, Paul is an excellent Sales Manager with a clear understanding of Perth’s new homes market and what those building a home are looking for.

 

Paul’s ability to listen and understand client needs make him a great sales manager with in-depth knowledge of the new homes industry. Barry has over ten years' experience in the Perth home building industry, working with major Western Australian building companies. Barry's particular skill is the ability to listen to what you really want and need. He enjoys meeting various personalities with different ideas and then helping individuals turn these ideas into a functional and beautiful new home they can enjoy for years to come.

Mark Stillman, New Homes Consultant

Josephine Stone is a New Homes Consultant with Switch. Her passion in her role has translated into a knack for understanding her clients’ needs and match them to the perfect Switch home.

 

Having come from an experienced sales background in the real estate industry and her self-owned business, Josephine’s pleasant disposition and positive energy has enabled people of all walks of life to naturally be at ease with her. Steve Sawyer, New Homes Consultant

A Switch New Homes Consultant, Steve Sawyer’s design experience enables him to help develop the company's house and land package offerings by researching blocks and vacant land in order to provide clients with complete home building solutions. Steve can also assist clients with organising their finance.

 

Steve has worked for other major Western Australian building compaies, particularly in regional areas. He has special skills in digital and graphic design which allow him to help clients solve design challenges on the spot.

Janet Britton, New Homes Consultant

As a New Homes Consultant with Switch, Janet Britton helps match people with homes to fulfill their dreams and suit their lifestyles. Janet has previously worked as an investment property consultant running her own business and, accordingly, she has an enormous breadth of experience in the financial side of building a home or investment property.

 

Janet loves people and she loves property. She brings a background of knowledge in mortgage broking, building, investing and property subdivision to her role with Switch.

Murray Forrest, New Homes Consultant

Murray Forrest is a New Homes Consultant with Switch. 25 years of Industry experience has given him a thorough knowledge of all facets of residential construction.

 

Murray relishes the opportunity to meet people and particularly enjoys assisting them through their most important, life-changing decisions. He listens and understands the needs of clients in planning and developing their new home designs, and has a sound understanding of the home building process.

Brian Godridge, New Homes Consultant

With extensive design and construction experience in both commercial and residential homes, Brian Godridge is well-placed as a Switch New Homes Consultant, particularly with his approachable and forthcoming nature and a collaborative-inclusive approach to issues.

 

Through discussing individual needs and requirements for a new home, Brian guides people through the process of home ownership, and provides them with a solution that more than meets expectations.

Tim Tsagaris, Investment Property Consultant

Tim Tsagaris is the New Homes Investment Consultant with Switch. He develops great value house and land packages for investors, creates affordable housing models for First Homebuyers and supports real estate agents to service their clients.

 

Tim has 10 years' experience in real estate and has managed a property investment house specialising in helping people grow their property portfolios. Tim has a commerce degree in property and has been involved in assisting developers and investors for many years. He has a passion for helping people attain financial independence through investing in property and his research has shown that the house and land package coupled with a buy and hold strategy is a sound investment strategy.

 

Tim says, "Most packages for investors are purely price driven with little thought for the end user or resale value. I look at each package from a valuer's perspective to ascertain that the package will provide better capital growth and represent value for money to investors."

Brian Haftka, Interior Designer

Brian Haftka is Switch's Interior Designer. Switch uses Brian's skills to help clients with the selections process. Brian guides clients through selecting from the many colour and materials combinations available to ensure each home is fully individualised, with its own class and style."

 

He also designs the interiors of our outstanding display homes. Brian enjoys helping with the development of an excellent product that the whole team can be proud of, creating interiors that give Switch a distinct edge. He draws on his extensive experience to work with Switch's building supervisors, SwitchSelect Consultants and architects. He spent several years in the textile industry working with top-end products for designers before developing his own company, Haftka Design, in New Zealand. For over a decade Brian worked on everything from large corporate office design, home renovations and commercial fit outs to luxury yacht interiors.

 

Brian says, "I have a passion for delivering great design and helping clients create warm and inviting interiors that will give them a wonderful place to call home.

Daniel Jumeau, Construction Manager

Daniel Jumeau is the Construction Manager with Switch. In this role, Daniel oversees the construction of new Switch Homes.

 

Daniel has previously worked as a carpenter, a scheduler, an estimator and a site manager in the commercial and residential construction industries. He has worked on projects up to $14m in value. Daniel holds a Diploma of Building, Certificate IV in Estimating and Certificate IV in Supervision. He is also a registered builder. Daniel has over 15 years' experience and a family history in building industry.
